Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a qualified professional to plan and manage architectural and building projects, ensuring cost, time and quality targets are met. You will support design and project engineering, collate drawings, conduct feasibility studies, and supervise documentation and controls.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or Building-related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analysis of infrastructure construction costs, prepare estimated budgets and project schedules.
• Collate, update and administrate building plans and architectural drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and concept plans for new facilities.
• Provide design / project engineering support, general technical advice.
• Manage development projects and ensure completions are within the desired time, cost and quality standards.
• Implement controls and procedures for proper documentation of records and plans. Conduct periodic audits on drawings and document control/record management processes.
• Assist the HOD in cost control as well as the day-to-day general administration.
• Conduct system studies with the view of improving procedures and methods related to the department.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department.
