Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking a Project Executive for the Public Sector Industry on a 2-year renewable contract. The role runs Mon to Fri, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, supporting Facilities Operations Managers with daily site tasks and coordinating maintenance.

You will inspect sites, respond to faults, track compliance and asset records, prepare proposals and cost estimates, liaise with contractors, consultants and clients, and assist with project closures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Built Environment
• At least 3 years of facilities management or project coordination experience
• Practical experience in project management

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers: Support Facilities Operations Managers with daily site tasks.
• Coordinate Maintenance: Schedule preventive repairs and track contractor performance.
• Inspect Sites: Conduct regular property inspections and condition checks.
• Respond to Faults: Help resolve system failures and investigate incidents.
• Handle Data: Keep track of compliance, asset records, and maintenance reports.
• Prepare Proposals: Help write technical submissions and cost estimates.
• Track Projects: Coordinate site surveys and follow up on project closures.
• Liaise with Stakeholders: Connect with contractors, consultants, and clients.
