Job summary

TAURUS FIRM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant / Manager (Facilities Management) to oversee daily operations, maintenance and improvements of buildings and infrastructure in Singapore.

You will manage projects from feasibility through to handover, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery. The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of facilities management experience, with proficiency in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing budgets and

• Degree holders with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in facilities management and building operations is preferred.
• Willingness to support after-hours operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance and improvements of buildings and systems.
• Manage project delivery from feasibility, budgeting, procurement through to inspections and handover.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and cost-effective maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and service providers.
