Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is seeking an experienced IFM Operations Lead to manage day-to-day facilities maintenance and a dedicated FM team. You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor system health, and oversee asset management to ensure service continuity.

You will direct emergency incidents, lead root-cause investigations, and coordinate inspections to meet statutory and safety standards while maintaining strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services.
• Minimum 5 years of IFM or facilities operations experience.
• Proven experience leading multiple stakeholders, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong track record in handling operational incidents and executing service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IFM operations for assigned camps and facilities, leading a dedicated team of FM Practitioners.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance, system health monitoring, and asset management.
• Direct emergency incidents, fault recovery activities, and operational continuity with contractual response time.
• Conduct root cause investigations for system failures and operational incidents.

• Coordinate statutory inspections and certifications, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Effectively manage contractors and specialist vendors.
• Support facility transition, asset handover, and mobilisation while maintaining KPI performance.

• Manage work proposal development and technical submissions.
• Coordinate statutory inspections and certifications, ensuring absolute compliance with statutory, quality, and safety requirements.
• Effectively manage contractors and specialist vendors.
• Support facility transition, asset handover, and mobilisation activities while maintaining high customer satisfaction and KPI performance.
