About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Facilities Officer / Executive to support maintenance, repairs, and compliance across all KFC & Pizza Hut outlets in Singapore. You will coordinate maintenance jobs, manage vendors, track inspections, and ensure all documentation is accurate and audit-ready. This role is essential to keeping our restaurants safe, efficient, and operational.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage maintenance requests, repairs, preventive schedules, and follow-ups
  • Maintain asset records, compliance documents, safety certificates, and reports
  • Liaise with vendors, validate work done, and process invoices
  • Coordinate with Operations for on-site repairs and urgent issues
  • Support minor upgrades, equipment replacements, and facilities projects
  • Track budgets, spending, and vendor performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma in Business, Facilities Management, or related fields
  • 2 years’ experience in facilities/maintenance coordination (F&B/retail preferred)
  • Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Willing to visit outlets when required
