JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for Life Science in Singapore to lead on-site operations, ensure GMP/GxP compliance, and manage budgets and contracts. The role emphasizes health and safety, vendor coordination, and driving process improvements.
Youll work closely with clients, train staff, and uphold JLL core behaviours to deliver excellence. The position requires 3–5 years in facilities or related fields with strong operations and regulatory knowledge.
Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day client activities for the assigned property or facility. You’ll also implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you’ll boost on‑site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. As the facilities manager, you’ll be working frequently with clients, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go‑to person for any facilities‑related concerns.
Do you have a solid background in finance management? As the person in charge, you will take care of the site’s financial operations. Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.
