Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general technical work to keep building facilities and equipment in reliable condition.

The role requires hands-on individuals who can respond quickly to requests, identify faults, and ensure safe, well-operating systems. Suitable candidates will have 1–3 years in building maintenance and a technical qualification in related disciplines.

Qualifications

1-3 years hands-on maintenance experience in a commercial or residential building environment.
NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related discipline.
Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and air-conditioning systems.
Able to troubleshoot common equipment and building-services faults.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance equipment.
Basic understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities and equipment.
Attend to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical faults promptly.
Perform basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, lighting, and general building repair works.
Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
Inspect facilities and equipment for defects, wear, or safety concerns.
Carry out minor repairs and replacement of switches, sockets, lighting components, plumbing fittings, fixtures, door hardware.
Support maintenance of pumps, motors, water systems, electrical systems, and other M&E equipment.
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and maintain service records.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist in restoring systems promptly.
Liaise with contractors and vendors and supervise maintenance works when required.
Ensure tools, workshops, and work areas are clean and safe.
Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
