MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a facilities maintenance role at Mandai Link, Singapore. The position involves preventive maintenance of facility equipment, corrective maintenance coordination, and regular inspections to ensure safety and operational standards.

The role offers medical and dental benefits with a 5.5-day work week (Mon-Sat) and rotating shifts. Basic up to $3500 monthly. This is with a US MNC, providing good career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and equipment upkeep preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of facility equipment: oversee strategy and execution for site equipment including ASRS, warehouse, MHE, building envelope, refrigeration, and fire systems.
• Monitor and report compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and checklists across the facility.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and propose long-term reliability improvements.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to management.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely fault resolutions.
• Liaise with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and oversee regular inspections of facility equipment and building perimeter for safety and standards compliance.
• Supervise and guide building maintenance projects and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and budgets.
