Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
• Willing to be hands-on with housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
• Bilingual preferred; experience in a diverse workforce is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development abilities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure prompt service delivery.
• Lead and supervise staff to maintain service standards and contract terms.
• Manage and train staff for high-quality performance.
• Prepare records for quality control, cost management, and performance.
