Job summary

WECRUIT PTE LTD. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to maintain and troubleshoot cranes, machinery and warehouse facilities to ensure continuous, reliable operations. You will conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, respond to faults, and coordinate with contractors and in‑house technicians to diagnose and resolve breakdowns across assigned sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot cranes, machinery and warehouse facilities to ensure reliable operations.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and attend to corrective/breakdown maintenance.
• Respond promptly to equipment faults, calls and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with contractors and in‑house technicians to diagnose and resolve breakdowns.
• Guide and train new technicians on SOPs, safety requirements and maintenance procedures.
• Plan manpower and resources to support maintenance activities across facilities.
• Provide technical support and emergency standby when required.
• Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment and work areas are well maintained.
