Lineage Logistics Mandai Pte. Ltd. is seeking a maintenance specialist in Singapore to join a team responsible for inspection, preventive maintenance, and overseeing contractor work to keep facilities safe and functional. The role emphasizes proactive issue identification and timely response to reactive maintenance needs.

You will collaborate with a maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency and safety across Lineage’s facilities in the Asia-Pacific region.

• Carry out inspection and maintenance activities as part of the maintenance team.
• Oversee contractor activities to ensure a functional and safe facility.
• Perform proactive inspection and preventive maintenance and identify/rectify defects.
• Respond to reactive maintenance needs in a timely and effective manner.
