Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support day-to-day facility upkeep and oversee project activities on-site in Singapore.

You will coordinate timelines with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and assist with technical drawings and documentation. The role requires a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years in M&E/Construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in M&E/Construction.
• Safety certifications are advantageous.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in organizing and overseeing day-to-day facility upkeep to keep project activities on track.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for timely completion.
• Perform on-site inspections to monitor work progress, conduct quality checks, and provide feedback for improvements.
