Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities cleanroom system comprising ACMV (make-up air, temperature control valve temperature, dry coil).
• Work with the team to ensure cleanroom operating parameters such as relative humidity, room pressurization, particle, airborne molecular contaminants, and ESD are within specification.
• Urgency in executing containment action upon parameters out of specification followed by root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze system performance and capacity and propose practical engineering solutions for robustness improvement.
• Follow up on maintenance plan and checklist through Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS).
• Plan and execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage spare part inventory systematically.
• Prepare detailed Request For Quotation, vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase requisition, service rendered evaluation and invoicing.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and projects.
• Manage Permit-To-Work application including reviewing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and related documents; ensure life system interfacing approvals from production.

YOUR ROLE

• To manage facilities cleanroom system comprising of ACMV (Make-up air, temperature control valve temperature, dry coil), fan filter unit, ionizer, building element.
• Work with the team to ensure cleanroom operating parameters such as relative humidity, room pressurization, particle, airborne molecular contaminant, ESD are within its specification.
• Urgency in executing containment action upon facilities operating parameters out of specification followed by root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action.
• Analyze system performance and capacity including propose reasonably practical engineering solutions for robustness improvement.
• Follow up on comprehensive maintenance plan and checklist thru Computerized Management Maintenance System.
• Plan and execute scheduled preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Manage Spare Part Inventory systematically.
• Prepare detail Request For Quotation, vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase requisition, service rendered evaluation and invoicing.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and projects.
• Manage Permit-To-Work application including reviewing Risk Assessment, Method Statement and other related documents. (Attend to critical interfacing to life system and get approval from production before start works)
