Job summary

Onyx Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Critical Facilities Engineer to join our team. You will manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the site’s critical facilities, ensuring UPS, generators, cooling systems, and HVAC are monitored and optimized.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mission-critical facilities (hospitals, data centers, semiconductor fabs).
• Experience with UPS, generators, cooling systems and BMS/EPMS.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of the site's critical facilities.
• Monitor critical M&E systems such as UPS, generators, cooling and HVAC.
• Prepare and execute SOPs, MOPS, change requests and incident reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of site operation procedures.

Job description

Our client, within the infrastructure and technology space are currently looking for a Critical Facilities Engineer to join their growing corporation.

As part of a 20-man team, the Critical Facilities Engineer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the site’s critical facilities, monitoring of critical M&E systems such as UPS, Generations, Cooling Systems, HVAC etc.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the incumbent will prepare and execute SOPs, MOPS, change requests and incident reports while supporting the continuous improvement of site operation procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering or related discipline

• Experience with UPS, generators, cooling systems and BMS/EPMS
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors
