Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in digital tools and able to work effectively with stakeholders in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of building systems including electrical, HVAC, MV, compressed air, and P&S systems.
• Drive predictive maintenance and AI/IoT initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Manage utilities systems including HT/LT power, energy monitoring, water, and gas supply.
• Lead facility repair, upgrade, and improvement projects.
• Review vendor submissions and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement IFM strategies to optimize maintenance operations and control costs.

The Opportunity

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.42am to 5pm
• Location: West, Nearest MRT Boon Lay/Pioneer
• 1 year contract (Extendable based on performance)
• Salary up to $6k!
