Job summary

Lam Chuan Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of company facilities including office, warehouse, and worker dormitory in LIM CHU KANG. You will ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments.

This role requires 3–5 years in facilities management and the ability to coordinate with contractors, regulators, and internal teams to keep services reliable and cost-effective.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in a relevant field.
• Experience in facilities or dormitory operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance of facilities including office, warehouse, and dormitory.
• Manage dormitory operations: room allocation, occupancy tracking, housekeeping, and residents' welfare.
• Liaise with authorities on dormitory compliance, inspections, and licensing.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades with contractors to meet schedules and quality.
• Handle resident feedback and resolve maintenance and welfare concerns.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping and maintenance supplies and procurement.
• Maintain documentation such as maintenance logs, inspection records, and reports.
• Ensure facilities comply with safety, fire, hygiene standards and company policies.
• Support ad-hoc facility improvement projects and admin tasks.
