Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager to lead strategic planning and execution of development projects while ensuring operational readiness and adherence to regulations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering and experience managing facilities teams. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and commitment to sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Green Mark, Fire Safety and Sustainability-related certifications are advantageous.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience in leading facilities management teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of centre development, renovation, and expansion projects.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from concept and approvals to procurement, scheduling, and final delivery—ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage preventive maintenance and ensure the centre’s operational readiness at all times.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Champion initiatives in energy efficiency, smart building systems, sustainability, and long-term asset management.
• Provide regular reports and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, housekeeping, F&B, operations) to drive maintenance and facility improvement efforts.
