Job summary

ENGIE Southeast Asia is seeking a Facilities Management professional to support site maintenance, project delivery, and compliance in Singapore. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate project execution and documentation.

You will maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools, assist during audits, and manage records, SD sheets, and system updates to support safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or BIM software is MUST.
• Good organizational and documentation management skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance operations, statutory compliance, and safety management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the site team in preventive and corrective maintenance and project implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, records, drawings, and technical submissions.
• Update and maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD and/or BIM software; assist during audits with prepared records.
