This role ensures system reliability, safety compliance, and capacity planning while supporting future growth. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers to deliver innovative facility solutions and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
• Ability to apply AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, operation, and optimization of chemical and gas delivery systems for semiconductor facilities.
• Ensure system reliability, safety compliance, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
• Support startup of new equipment and proper interfacing with systems.
• Plan facilities changes, review costs and layouts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Promote continuous improvement and QMS compliance across processes.
