Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in building maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact is desirable.
• Interest in semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work for outsourced services.
• Develop SOPs and risk assessments for routine and non-routine works.
• Lead daily meetings to manage day-to-day operations.
• Manage and assign FMS work tasks.
• Provide project management to meet budgets and schedules on multiple projects.
• Provide guidance and training to building services technicians and technologists.
• Lead and manage all works to achieve high safety standards in line with company goals.
• Maintain performance metrics for in-house contractors and service providers.
• Collaborate with site departments to meet internal customer requirements.
