The role requires at least 1 year of experience with facial techniques, and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients. You will manage appointments, maintain records, and contribute to a friendly, high-standard clinic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience performing beauty and facial treatments.
• Skilled in facial techniques with strong knowledge of skincare principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments and other beauty services to improve clients’ skin condition and appearance.
• Assess clients’ skin conditions accurately to recommend effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain detailed, accurate client records for continuity of care.
• Provide clear skincare advice to educate clients and foster long-term relationships.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
