Job summary

Render Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced CAD drafter to prepare technical drawings, layouts and 3D renderings for construction projects, coordinate with operations and project teams, and ensure timely submission of shop drawings.

You will use 3D MAX, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop, review design information, verify accuracy, and support field teams with as-built drawings and clash checks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related field.

• Experience in design/draughting for construction projects.

Job Description & RequirementsPrepare technical drawings, section, and details as per requirement

Design plans using computer-aided design, draughting (CAD) software.

Draft and prepare layout drawings.

Collaborate with Designer, Contractors, Operations and Project Managers on Projects.

Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancement.

Able to organize, lead and chair meetings with operations team to understand operational requirements and draft out test fit.

Prepare as-built drawings for submission.

Assist the project team in combining all information trades in drawing

Responsible for checking the correctness of trade information

Draw, coordinates and monitor shop drawings submission schedule

Able to perform 3D rendering for visualization and photoshop for image editing

Alerts project team for any changes or clashes of various trades and services

Ensure design system comply with the code requirements

Preparation of drawings and compile documents for submission

Coordinate with project team for details based on required standard

Draw structural drawing as per required standard

Ensure all drawings are checked and approved

Perform field work if needed, to measure and sketch existing or proposed sites

Documentation as per project requirement

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior

Ensure all drawings are in accordance with the standards set by company’s quality

Rectify and update latest drawing accordance to changes

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.

MUST BE PROFICIENT in 3D MAX, AUTOCAD 2D 3D, REVIT, SKETCH UP & Photoshop (COMPULSORY)

Strong Knowledge / well versed in 3D Max, 2D 3D, Revit, & Photoshop

At least 3-5 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.

Proficient in English and good verbal communication skills is desired

Preferably with experience in consultancy firm of construction industry

Conversant in Authorities’ regulations and submission processes

Preferably Senior Executives spe

4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends
