Job summary

Nam Lee Pressed Metal Industries Limited is seeking a designer to develop façade, concept and fabrication drawings and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with architects, consultants and clients, and reporting to the Design Manager.

The candidate should be familiar with AutoCAD and BIM design tools (Revit 3D), and demonstrate energy, creativity and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Create façade shop, concept and fabrication drawings with client approvals.
• Coordinate design with internal teams.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and clients on design issues.
• Report to the Design Manager.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• To develop and draw Façade shop drawing, concept drawing, and fabrication drawing and get the client’s approval
• Place emphasis on functionality, quality & cost efficiency, and increase in-house capabilities with continuous improvement as an effective solution provider
• Design Coordination with internal teams
• Collaborate with Architects, consultants, and clients for design issues
• Report to the Design Manager
• Familiar with AutoCad drafting and BIM design tools - Revit (3D)
• Energetic, matured, creative & innovative
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
