Job summary

FACADE LOGIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced facade drafting leader to drive curtain wall and facade engineering design projects. You will oversee shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and coordination with VMU/PMU teams while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in facade drafting, strong leadership, and proficiency in Inventor or Revit, with a track record of delivering complex curtain wall schemes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in facade drafting or related field.
• Experience in facade design and curtain wall design.
• Experience in shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Ability to lead a project team and manage curtain wall initiatives.
• Knowledge of Inventor or Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead curtain wall and facade engineering design projects.
• Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate VMU/PMU integration and embedding tasks.
• Manage project team and mentor staff to deliver quality outcomes.

Job description

• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field of Facade Drafting is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Facade Design, Curtain Wall Design, Team Management, knowledge of Inventor/Revit will be an added advantage
• Preferably experience in Management of Curtain Wall and Facade Engineering Design with vast experience in shop drawings, Fabrication drawings, VMU, PMU, embed and/or ability to team lead.
