Job summary

The role requires 3 years of relevant design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software, and a proactive, collaborative approach to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and factory teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Mechatronics.
• 3 years of design experience for windows & doors, curtain walls, claddings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and 3D software.
• Energetic, mature, creative, capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan a design work schedule to meet deadlines.
• Ensure design drawings meet requirements and specifications.
• Oversee design preparation to be efficient, coordinated, practical, and constructible.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings per project specs and guidelines.
• Coordinate with project team, sub-contractors, suppliers, and factory teams to keep on schedule.
