Job summary

ARCHILITE ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an AutoCAD Drafter / Façade Drafter to support the Technical/Engineering team. You will prepare detailed shop drawings for curtain wall systems, cladding, roofing and structural steel, based on tender and construction drawings.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers and site supervisors, maintain drawing registers, and assist in material take-offs and QA/QC for fabrication and installation drawings.

Qualifications

Diploma in Architectural Drafting or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of drafting experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus.
Experience in façade, curtain wall, cladding or roofing shop drawings preferred.
Able to interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD for curtain wall and cladding.
Develop architectural and structural drawings from tender and construction drawings.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors.
Maintain drawing registers and revision records; ensure compliant with specs.
Prepare fabrication drawings and installation sequences.
