Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production or industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and materials.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with vendors and clients.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Apply value engineering techniques to optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
• Plan production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and resolve conflicts to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor production output, track costs, and assess progress against targets for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with specialist vendors to fulfill project specifications and timelines.
• Lead daily meetings with supervisors and teams to ensure smooth workshop operations and address issues promptly.
