• Sustain and maintain Fab Support Tools (Vacuum Pump, Point‑of‑use Scrubbers, Chillers/Heat exchangers).
• Lead a team of technicians for compressed shift coverage for manufacturing line.
• Establish and improve process conditions and technology on Support and Main tool system setup.
