Job summary

Comprehensive training will be provided. Education: Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Materials/Chemical/Semiconductor Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Internship or co‑op experience preferred.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to engage in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze and review technical charts.
• Establish SOP (Standard operating procedure) and FMEA for related process.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods.
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to enhance process performance.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver organizational goals.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies.
