Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to understand and repair mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematic diagrams and solve systems to component level.
• Good communication, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift-based Fab equipment maintenance, preventive and corrective tasks, and respond promptly to issues.
• Supervise and develop the skills of the Fab10 shift technicians; manage attendance and staffing during the shift.
• Coordinate with Fab Support on production issues and TPM activities; act as main liaison for shift-related concerns.
• Assist with equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and AI-enabled tooling adoption to improve efficiency and quality.
