Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
• Strong mechanical competence and ability to repair mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics to component level.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety priorities and standards.
• Oversee equipment performance and address issues in a timely manner.
• Direct shift equipment team in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities and staffing.
• Serve as main contact between FAB personnel and Fab Support group for production issues.
• Assist with equipment installs, tests and commissioning.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
