Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an Operation Industrial Engineer to oversee Fab capacity, maintain the capacity model, and drive the team to meet OEE targets while planning capacity expansion. You will perform capacity analysis, ensure database integrity, and lead improvement programs related to equipment efficiency, productivity, and layout optimization.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related field with 2 years in semiconductors, strong Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficient in Excel and Office suite.
• Excellent coordination and organizing skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in business communication and written skills.
