Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Director, F10 Facilities Construction in Singapore to lead Fab 10 expansion construction as the owner’s representative.

You will manage the main contractor, budgets, schedules, safety, and handovers to sustaining teams, while coordinating with global facilities and EHS groups. The role requires a strong track record in large semiconductor capital projects, leadership of multi-discipline teams, and experience with design input and lessons learnt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Building/Construction Engineering.
• 15+ years of construction experience on large-scale industrial or semiconductor projects.
• 8+ years leading managers and multi-discipline teams.
• Proven track record delivering large capital projects as owner's representative or main-contractor project lead.
• Must-Have technical skills in construction management of semiconductor fabs or cleanrooms, including MEP, CSA and process utility systems.
• Must-Have soft skills include strategic leadership, executive communication and building high-performing teams.
• Desirable experience includes semiconductor fab expansions in Singapore/Asia and PE/PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Fab 10 expansions, overseeing main contractor performance and project controls.
• Oversee system handover, commissioning, and readiness for sustaining teams.
• Lead safety programs with EHS to ensure workforce safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide design input and capture lessons learnt during the design phase.
• Lead a multi-discipline team and ensure standards across the Singapore expansion; leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve delivery.
