Exclusive Networks is seeking a Junior F5 Pre-Sales Engineer in Singapore to support our sales and technical teams in designing and positioning F5 application delivery and security solutions. This entry-level role suits candidates with strong networking fundamentals who are eager to learn F5 technologies with guidance from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with F5 technologies is preferred.
• Strong networking fundamentals and understanding of application delivery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for F5 application delivery, security, and networking solutions to channel partners and end customers.
• Work closely with Sales, F5 vendor team, and channel partners to identify customer requirements and develop appropriate F5 solutions.
• Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and solution design to proposal submission, POC, and technical closure.
• Understand customers' existing network, application, security, data centre, and cloud infrastructure and recommend suitable F5 solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution briefings for partners and customers.
• Develop and execute Proof of Concept (POC) activities to demonstrate and validate F5 solutions against customer requirements.
• Assist channel partners with the preparation of RFI, RFP, RFQ, tender responses, technical compliance, and solution proposals.
• Develop solution architectures, network diagrams, sizing recommendations, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM) for F5 solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to partners on F5 solution design, deployment considerations, licensing, and product capabilities.
• Work with the F5 vendor team to obtain technical clarification, solution validation, sizing, and support for complex customer opportunities.
