Job summary

He Xi Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applicants for a front-of-house role at our flagship Singapore store. You will greet, serve, take orders, and ensure a warm, professional dining experience while maintaining hygiene and service standards.

Shift flexibility includes PM and AM, six days a week with a one-hour break; transport is provided for PM shifts. Prior F&B or customer service experience is welcome, and a Food Safety Level 1 certificate is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B or customer service is advantageous.
• Friendly and service-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
• Provide customers with menu information and assist with recommendations when required.
• Set up and clear tables, and ensure the dining area is clean and properly maintained.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and provide good customer service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow company service procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
