Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking hospitality staff to welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a focus on attentive service. You will help set up tables, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and maintain cleanliness and standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Applicants should have experience in F&B or be willing to learn, with strong communication and teamwork. Rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays are required. AWS and various leave benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurants or hospitality preferred.
• Applicants without experience who are willing to learn may be considered.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.

• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and arrange tables and service stations before opening.
• Clear, clean and reset tables between customers.
• Coordinate orders and customer requests with kitchen and bar teams.
• Replenish cutlery, condiments and service supplies.
• Assist with restaurant events and live-music sessions.
• Perform opening, handover and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and service standards.

Working Hours

6 days work week

Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1-hour break)

Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM (1-hour break)
