Frasers Hospitality, part of Frasers Property Group, owns and operates serviced apartments and hotels across 70+ cities. Reporting to the AVP, Regional Operations, the Senior Manager will drive F&B strategy and performance across SEAA properties, providing strategic guidance and operational support to General Managers.

You will lead pre-opening projects, analyze financials, champion innovation, and build vendor partnerships while ensuring safety and brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management, or related fields.
• 10+ years of senior F&B leadership in international hospitality groups or large-scale food service.
• Strong commercial acumen to analyse financial performance and deliver results.
• Experience in concept innovation, outlet repositioning, and new project launches.
• Ability to clarify complex issues and tell data-driven stories with metrics and insights.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and update stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead pre-opening projects including budget, market research, training, and stakeholder management.
• Analyse past financial performances and market statistics to project finances and optimize costs.
• Champion the adoption of innovative technologies to optimize performance and guest experience.
• Provide strategic guidance to regional GM and F&B leaders.
• Ensure F&B manuals, policies, and systems are current.
• Travel to properties to provide operational support.
