Job summary

Avani Singapore is seeking an energetic, commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to lead the pre-opening workstream and drive the ongoing operation of the hotel's dining venues. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will shape concepts, standards, and service styles that define the Avani experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B pre-opening workstream, including outlet setup, team mobilization, SOP implementation, service standards, training, and operational readiness.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of all restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet operations.
• Work with culinary team to create fresh menu concepts and a personality-led service style.
• Recruit, develop and lead F&B teams while fostering a strong service culture.
• Drive quality standards and commercial performance across all dining venues.
• Manage labour, expenses, productivity, and costs to achieve financial targets.
• Deliver revenue-driving promotions, events, and partnerships across outlets.
