Job summary

SUPER THAI PTE. LTD. is hiring a Marketing Assistant/Executive to grow a bold food brand. You will drive content, campaigns and customer engagement across social, email and digital channels from a restaurant outlet setting.

We seek a candidate with at least 1 year in F&B marketing, strong content creation skills and proficiency with Canva/CapCut. Join a fast-paced team and help shape brand voice and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an F&B or hospitality brand.
• Strong in content creation (photo/video + captions).
• Proficient in IG, TikTok, Facebook + editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut).
• Skilled in analytics platforms (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Confident in communication (written and spoken).
• Creative thinker, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced team.
• Knows how to engage communities and manage timelines

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement multi-channel content strategy (social, email, digital).
• Create, curate, and schedule content aligned with brand voice.
• Manage digital assets, photo/video shoots, and editing.
• Coordinate media invites, influencer tastings, and product launches.
• Engage community via social platforms to build brand affinity.
• Monitor analytics and generate monthly reports with insights.
• Liaise with vendors and partners for campaigns and collaborations.
• Support marketing KPIs and help refine brand positioning.
