Job summary

PVG SEA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Management Trainee in Singapore to explore opportunities in the Japanese cuisine segment, from yakiniku to nit suke dishes, gaining hands-on restaurant operations experience and leadership skills.

You will train with an experienced team, follow SOPs, and work towards becoming a future leader in the F&B industry, with a 5-day work week and comprehensive benefits. Salary starts from SGD 3,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Open to candidates without experience (Training will be provided).
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Interested in developing a career in F&B operations and management.
• Previous cooking experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yakiniku and nitsuke dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain food quality and consistency.
• Assist with stock management, supplier orders, and inventory checks.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and halal standards.
• Attend to customer enquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Work closely with team members and assist with training new staff when required.
• Learn and take on additional responsibilities to develop skills in outlet operations and management.
