Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for Events and Restaurant Reservations to drive new business and manage end-to-end event delivery. You will collaborate with IRs, Sales, MICE and external groups to secure partnerships and ensure flawless execution between restaurants and event teams.

The role requires strong negotiation, client management, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and languages if needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Proven ability in sales management and client engagement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to handle multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify new target accounts and prospect internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with venues, groups, and travel organizations.
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with restaurant teams to execute events.
• Provide proactive recommendations to ensure win-win outcomes for clients and venues.
• Prepare event contracts and manage deposits/payments per SOPs.
• Attend BEO meetings and communicate event details to senior management.
• Analyze events and generate post-event reports for improvement.
• Support reservations systems and align with call-center and hosting teams.
