Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is launching a structured F&B Emerging Talent Programme for ambitious early-career professionals passionate about hospitality. You’ll rotate across Food & Beverage, receive tailored coaching, and progressively take on supervisory responsibilities to accelerate your development.

Successful participants may progress into supervisory roles based on performance, readiness, and business needs. A luxury-hospitality career awaits with formal development and mentorship.

About The Role

The F&B Emerging Talent Programme (Supervisor-in-Training) at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is designed for ambitious early-career professionals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to accelerate their development.

Through structured exposure to different areas of Food & Beverage, personalised coaching, and progressively challenging responsibilities, you will build the skills, confidence, and operational expertise needed to prepare for future supervisory opportunities.

We are looking for individuals with the curiosity, drive, and commitment to grow within luxury hospitality.

High-performing participants may be considered for progression into supervisory opportunities based on performance, readiness, and business needs.

Programme Structure

The F&B Emerging Talent Programme is a structured development journey that typically spans 12-18 months, depending on individual experience, learning progress, performance, and business needs.

Participants will follow a tailored development plan designed to accelerate operational exposure, strengthen hospitality expertise, and build the capabilities required for future supervisory opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Gain hands-on experience across different areas of Food & Beverage through tailored rotations and cross-functional exposure
• Build a strong foundation in luxury service, restaurant operations, guest experience, and commercial fundamentals
• Learn from experienced leaders and gain practical supervisory skillsTake on increasing responsibilities as you demonstrate your readiness and capabilities
• Participate in projects and improvement initiatives that make a meaningful impact on the business
• Develop your career through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and real-world experiences
• Build relationships across the hotel and gain a broader understanding of how a luxury hotel operates
• Apply your learning directly on the floor and turn ideas into action
• Continuously challenge yourself, seek feedback, and look for opportunities to grow

What You Bring

• Preferably a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline
• Natural interest in customer service, working with people, and teamwork
• A growth mindset - open to feedback, willing to learn, and motivated to continuously improve
• A genuine passion for Food & Beverage and luxury hospitality
• Ambition to build a career in hospitality
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn beyond your current area of expertise
• Initiative and the confidence to step forward, take ownership, and try new things
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Previous F&B experience is advantageous, but potential, attitude, and drive matter just as much
