Job summary

MORROW Health in Singapore seeks a Nutrition Ambassador to lead the storytelling of our food philosophy and to connect nutrition pillars with members’ daily choices. You will curate dishes and drinks with care and deliver authentic engagement across MORROW's dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, restaurants, or member clubs.
• Valid food hygiene certification required.
• Excellent communication and guest education skills.
• Passion for wellness, nutrition, and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to members.
• Act as spokesperson for MORROW's nutrition pillars and explain dish selection.
• Represent F&B offerings in classes, demos, or educational touchpoints.
• Take and deliver orders with accuracy, mindful of dietary needs.
• Maintain highest hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage guest flow, reservations, and service recovery professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates across zones for seamless experience.
• Support other customer service functions when needed.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards of the highest quality.
• Manage guest flow, reservations, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with teammates across all zones to ensure a seamless and integrated member experience.
• Support other customer service functions when needed, demonstrating agility and teamwork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, or member clubs.
• Valid food hygiene certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and educate guests.
• Passion for wellness, nutrition, and service.
• Knowledge (or willingness to learn) of MORROW's full offerings and the role F&B plays in supporting the nutrition pillar.
• Collaborative spirit and agility to adapt to changing guest traffic and operational needs.
