Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks a supervision-level hospitality professional to deliver Forbes-standard luxury service across à la carte, afternoon tea, and buffet operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Follow Forbes sequence of service.
  • Deliver luxury service experiences for à la carte, afternoon tea, and buffet operations.
  • Assigned daily side duties to TMs and monitor as part of responsibilities.
  • Ensure table setup, side duties, buffet setup and operating equipment are ready before service.
  • Support Assistant Managers and Restaurant Manager in training Service Attendants on Sequence of service, guest handling and service standards.
  • Communicate guest preferences to Hosts, Service Attendants and feedback to Managers and fulfilled guest expectations.
  • Handle routine guest enquiries and service recovery situations, escalating operational challenges when appropriate.
  • Support outlet goals in service and operations.
  • Able to work in different duties and support Premium 55 F&B restaurant.
  • Proactively seek guidance to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.

Job Requirements
Education & Certification
  • Diploma/Degree in hospitality.
Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years at supervisory level
  • Prior Forbes-rated luxury hospitality and/or Executive Club Lounge experience is preferred.
Other Prerequisites
  • Candidates with prior Food Safety certification and formal leadership training are preferred.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
  • Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn and growth in hospitality industry within premium luxury service environment.
  • Bilingual language skills are preferred.
