Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an entry-level Retail Associate in eyewear and fashion. You will greet customers, recommend products, and maintain records to ensure smooth service.

Support stock, merchandising, cashiering, and day-to-day operations while collaborating with the team to hit sales targets. Training is provided, with a 5-day work week and minimal overtime.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, F&B, or sales encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs, preferences, and requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, prescriptions, work orders, and payment details.
• Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.
• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and visual merchandising/display setup.
• Handle cashiering and basic administrative duties when required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and service objectives.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and consistently well-presented.

Job description
