Job summary

Crew is hiring a Sales Associate (EyeWear) for island-wide stores in Singapore. You will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in eyewear selection, explain product features and promotions, and help achieve sales targets. Working in a fast-paced retail environment with rotating 44-hour weeks.

Full-time position, salary up to SGD 3,600 monthly with incentives, 5-day work week, weekend/public holiday shifts. Training provided; opportunities across island-wide locations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear, frames, and optical products.
• Explain product features, promotions, and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately.
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Support inventory checks and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

SALES ASSOCIATE (EYEWEAR) | UP TO $3,600/MONTH | ISLAND-WIDE LOCATIONS | 5-DAY WORK WEEK

Work Location: Island‑wide stores (Store allocation can be discussed based on preference)

Salary: Up to $3,600 with Incentives

5‑Day Work Week

44‑hour work week on a rotating roster:

• Opening Shift: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM
• Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2‑hour break)
• Closing Shift: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
