HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a retail sales associate in Singapore to greet customers, understand eyewear needs, and drive sales. You will recommend products, explain features, and process transactions across islandwide store locations.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but newcomers are welcome. The role offers a 5-day work week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, plus incentives and the potential for career growth.

• Retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, approachable and confident in engaging customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the roster.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their eyewear needs, preferences and lifestyle.
• Recommend suitable eyewear products and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Explain product features and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions, payments and customer orders accurately.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on orders where required.
• Support stock receiving, replenishment and inventory management.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
