ZOFF I SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our eyewear brand in Singapore.

You will engage customers, provide expert advice on lenses and styles, and deliver an outstanding brand experience in optical stores and events. As face of the brand, you will maintain a positive image, support sales targets, manage displays, and collaborate with store teams to ensure superb service and a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Dynamic and highly motivated individual

• Experience in retail/ hospitality/ tourism preferred

Responsibilities

• BrandRepresentation: Act as the brand's spokesperson, embodying the brand’s values and image in all customer interactions.
• CustomerService, Interaction & Engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting eyeglasses based on vision needs and lifestyle; create a welcoming shopping experience; provide expert advice on lens types, coatings, and enhancements.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales by promoting key products and educating customers on new collections, promotions, and discounts; meet and exceed monthly targets.
• In-StoreDisplays & Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed attractively; work with Visual Merchandising to set up displays.
• Inventory & Order Management: Place and track orders for prescription lenses; stocktake and inventory control.
• DailyOperation: Keep the shop clean and tidy.
