Responsibilities include brand representation, customer engagement, accurate prescription interpretation, eyewear fitting, achieving sales targets, visual merchandising, stock management, and daily store operations. MOH Optometrists and Optician Board registration required.

Qualifications

• Registered Optician under MOH Optometrists and Optician Board
• Entry Level candidates with relevant certification welcome
• Willing to work retail hours and weekends

Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting brand values and maintaining a consistent, positive image in all customer interactions.
• Customer Service & Engagement: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable eyewear. Deliver expert advice on lens options and proper eyewear care to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Professional Refraction: Interpret prescriptions accurately and take precise measurements. Address issues related to lens fitting, vision clarity, or frame adjustments.
• Eyewear Fitting & Adjustments: Edge and fit lenses, adjust and align frames for comfort and clarity. Handle minor repairs and frame adjustments.
• Sales & Targets: Promote products and offers to drive sales and brand awareness. Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays in line with brand standards. Collaborate with the VM team for impactful in-store presentations.
• Inventory & Orders: Manage stock levels, place lens orders, and ensure timely delivery. Perform regular stock checks.
• Daily Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
