RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in Hougang invites you to join our preschool team as a caring teacher. Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum while observing and supporting children's learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold ACEY or ACECCE or ECDA EY2/L1 qualifications, with prior Early Childhood experience and a passion for teamwork. Immediate availability is preferred; strong communication with children and parents is essential.

Qualifications

• ACEY, Diploma in ECE, ACECCE or ECDA EY2/L1 qualifications required.
• Experience in Early Childhood preferred.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• Plan, prepare and conduct engaging lessons based on the curriculum.
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and development.
• Provide routine care while ensuring safety and well-being of children.
• Attend to parents' enquiries and build relationships.
• Support classroom administration and daily operations.
• Float across different age groups to support teaching needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the school.

Salary: Up to $3,800/month
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Preschool operating hours)

Requirements

• Possess ACEY, Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education, Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE), or other ECDA-recognised EY2/L1 qualifications.
• Prior experience in the Early Childhood sector is preferred.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
